Of course a project such as ours should give good information about the problems associated with ADHD. A science in itself and fortunately there are scientists who regularly publish summaries of the important studies.

The paper we want to show you in this case is:

Live fast, die young? A review on the developmental trajectories of ADHD across the lifespan.
Franke B, Michelini G, Asherson P, Banaschewski T, Bilbow A, Buitelaar JK, Cormand B, Faraone SV, Ginsberg Y, Haavik J, Kuntsi J, Larsson H, Lesch KP, Ramos-Quiroga JA, RĂ©thelyi JM, Ribases M, Reif A European neuropsychopharmacology : the journal of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology 28 1059-1088 2018 Oct

One of the conclusions in the abstract is:

We conclude that a severe lack of knowledge on lifespan aspects in ADHD still exists for nearly every aspect reviewed. We encourage large-scale research efforts to overcome those knowledge gaps through appropriately granular longitudinal studies.

And that is exactly what we want to do with our project.
